Will the team member retain any confidential information?

Absolutely not! Team members only carry information related to their skills and experiences. All records on Tymeline are publicly eligible information. Businesses do have the option to add private and confidential records. These records are always accessible only by the business that added them. Once added, these records become permanent, encrypted, and can be accessed anytime with the consent of the Tymeline user.

How do you verify team?

Team members can download the Tymeline mobile app and create their profile with a unique Tymeline ID. Their experiences are instantly verified, and their skills are assessed. They can easily link or unlink their Tymeline ID to the business account. This data is always accessible and continuously updated. The information remains permanently attached to the team member's Tymeline ID, even if they change teams or organizations. They carry their verified historical data with them, allowing seamless access to their Tymeline team member account wherever they go.

How do you track progress?

Progress is tracked from various sources, such as ticket statuses on integrated systems like Jira or Asana, and certification tracking from platforms like LinkedIn Learning or Udemy Business.

Is Via an add-on or core feature of Tymeline?

Via is not an add-on, it's a core feature embedded within Tymeline. It is available in every hub, ensuring user get content specific insights without additional setup.

Can Via access all company data?

No, Via follows strict access control mechanisms, meaning it only interacts with data that the user is authorized to see. It does not share insights across different users unless permitted.
