Tymeline · Pricing

Built for the programs where the stakes are real.

Tymeline isn't a per-seat productivity tool. It's the operating fabric for organizations running consequential work — silicon tape-outs, defense systems, EV launches, regulated software. Pricing reflects that scope. Three engagement tiers. One commercial principle: pay for the program, not the per-seat headcount.

Multi-year structured commitment
How Tymeline Prices

Priced against the program. Not against the seat count.

A platform that participates in million-dollar tape-outs, multi-quarter EV launches, and regulated software releases doesn't price like a productivity SaaS. Tymeline is priced against the scope and complexity of the work it's coordinating — not the number of dashboards an admin has to provision.

Three inputs. One program-scoped quote.
Every quote is built bottom-up against your specific deployment — scope, complexity, sector. Annual contracts give you predictable budget over multi-year programs. Most engagements expand year-over-year as Tymeline absorbs more of the operating surface.

Who Typically Deploys Each Tier

Self-select against your actual scope.

If you're unsure which tier fits, the calibration below gives you the honest picture of who deploys at each scope. Final pricing is built per organization — but this should help you understand whether Tymeline is in the right zone before you spend a discovery call finding out.

Tier · Launch Pilot
Validating Tymeline against a real program.
Mid-market or larger with one initiative under high pressure to deliver
Engineering teams of 20–80 people on the pilot program
Need concrete evidence before committing to broader rollout
Annual budget category: strategic platform pilot
Decision approver: VP Engineering or Program Director
→ Annual platform engagement
Tier · Program
Running Tymeline across multiple consequential programs.
Enterprise with 3–10 active programs sharing dependencies
Engineering organization of 200–1,500 people
Multiple surfaces deployed: Initiatives + Talent + Orb minimum, Finance optional
Annual budget category: operating platform investment
Decision approver: CIO, CTO, or Chief Operating Officer
→ Multi-program annual investment
Tier · Strategic
Tymeline as the operating fabric of the organization.
Large enterprise running silicon, defense, automotive, or regulated programs
Engineering organization of 1,500+ people
Sector compliance: ITAR, CMMC, ISO 26262, IATF 16949
Annual budget category: strategic infrastructure
Decision approver: CEO, board, or program executive sponsor
→ Custom · per program
Capability By Tier

What's included at each scope.

The honest comparison. Launch Pilot validates against a single program. Program is the most-chosen tier for multi-program deployment. Strategic is for organizations deploying Tymeline as the operating fabric.

Honest Answers

Pricing questions, answered straight.

Q · 01
Why don't you publish exact pricing?
Because every Tymeline deployment is different. Scope, surface count, integrations, deployment type, and sector compliance all shift the structure. Publishing a single number would either undersell what we deliver into complex programs, or oversell what a smaller engagement actually requires. We'd rather build the right quote against your scope than anchor you to the wrong one.
Q · 02
What does pricing actually depend on?
Three things: program scope (how many initiatives Tymeline coordinates), deployment complexity (SaaS vs VPC vs air-gapped, plus sector compliance), and commitment structure (single-year vs multi-year). Multi-year structured engagements unlock predictable budget pathing and more favorable rate structures.
Q · 03
What does a typical engagement look like over multiple years?
Most Program-tier customers expand scope year-over-year as Tymeline absorbs more of the operating surface. Year 1 is usually a defined initial scope. Year 2 expands surface coverage. Year 3 typically reaches full operating fabric. Multi-year contracts give you predictable budget pathing across the expansion.
Q · 04
Is there a free trial?
Not in the traditional sense. Tymeline operates in environments where execution failure has real consequences — we don't deploy lightly. What we offer is a Launch Pilot — a focused engagement that proves Tymeline against a single real program. If the pilot delivers, you have the evidence to expand. If it doesn't, you've learned that on a controlled scope.
Q · 05
What about industry-specific deployment (defense, semiconductor, automotive)?
Strategic tier supports ITAR-aware deployment, CMMC-ready posture, ISO 26262 functional safety alignment, IATF 16949 alignment, and HIPAA-compliant configuration where required. Air-gapped and on-prem deployment options are available. Sector compliance is part of the deployment plan, not a paid add-on.
Q · 06
Do my team's records leave Tymeline if we cancel?
No. Workers own their Tymeline IDs. Their verified records travel with them across employers — Tymeline doesn't own the data, and we can't sell it. Organizations get an export of org-level configurations and audit logs on cancellation.
Q · 07
How do we know if we're in the right zone for Tymeline?
If you're running consequential programs where execution failure has real cost — silicon tape-outs, defense systems, EV launches, regulated software releases, multi-vendor industrial programs — you're in the right zone. If you're looking for a per-seat productivity tool for a 12-person team, Tymeline is over-engineered for your problem. The calibration in the "Who Typically Deploys" section above should help you place yourself.
