Pricing

Priced by the business unit. Scoped to scale.

Tymeline is priced per business unit — roughly 50 people — not per seat, and not per organization. You pay for the program a unit is actually running, whether that's a single-program pilot or your full operating fabric across every BU.

The full comparison, nothing hidden.

Both tiers ship with the same non-negotiable foundation — verified identity, scoped authority, and audit anchoring on every consequential action. Everything else scales with the program.

What Affects Your Price

Three inputs. No per-seat math.

Tymeline pricing isn't a seat count. It's built against the actual coordination problem you're solving. Three things move the structure — and none of them is headcount.

01
Program Scope
How many business units and programs Tymeline coordinates, how many surfaces are live, and integration depth. Pricing is per BU (~50 people) — a single-BU pilot and a ten-BU operating fabric are different problems.
02
Deployment Complexity
SaaS, VPC, on-prem, or fully air-gapped on the Patrick appliance — plus sector compliance posture. The more sovereign and regulated the environment, the more the deployment structure shifts.
03
Commitment Structure
Single-year or multi-year. Longer commitments with named technical leadership and dedicated infrastructure are structured differently from a one-quarter pilot. You pay for the program, across the term.
Patrick · Sovereign AI Appliance

Priced separately. Quoted per program.

Available with Full Boost, Patrick is Tymeline's sovereign AI appliance for fully air-gapped programs. Because it's sealed hardware plus a platform license — not a per-seat surface — it's quoted separately, built per deployment against facility count, program classification, and support tier.

For ITAR, CMMC, classified, and data-residency programs where the IP cannot leave the building.

Sector-Specific Engagements

When coordination failure carries national-security consequences.

For sector programs — defense, silicon, automotive, regulated finance — where a missed handoff has immediate operational, financial, or national-security stakes, Full Boost is structured as a multi-year strategic engagement: named technical leadership, dedicated infrastructure, and outcome-aligned commercial terms. Pricing is built per program against the actual coordination problem, not an off-the-shelf tier.

Strategic Engagement · Structured Per Program
Multi-year·Outcome-aligned terms
Named Leadership
A team, not a login.
Named technical leadership on the account — the people accountable for the deployment sit with your program, not behind a support queue.
Dedicated Infrastructure
Your environment, your rules.
Private infrastructure, dedicated fine-tunes, and the deployment posture your sector demands — up to fully air-gapped on Patrick. Compliance is part of the plan, not an add-on.
Outcome-Aligned
Terms that track results.
Commercial terms structured around the program's outcomes over a multi-year horizon — aligned to the coordination problem you're actually solving.
Built per program, against your scope. Sector compliance — ITAR-aware, CMMC-ready, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, HIPAA — is designed into the deployment plan from day one.
Why There's No Public Number

We'd rather build the right quote than anchor you to the wrong one.

Every Tymeline deployment is different. Scope, surface count, integrations, deployment type, and sector compliance all shift the structure. Publishing a single number would either undersell what we deliver into complex programs, or oversell what a smaller engagement actually requires. So we scope it honestly, against your actual problem.

Not a free trial — a Launch Pilot. Tymeline operates where execution failure has real consequences, so we don't deploy lightly. The Launch Pilot proves Tymeline against one real program. If it delivers, you have the evidence to expand to Full Boost. If it doesn't, you learned that on a controlled scope.
Which Tier Fits

The honest calibration, before you spend a discovery call.

Final pricing is built per organization — but this should help you understand whether you're looking at a Launch Pilot or a Full Boost before the conversation starts.

LPLaunch Pilot fits if you're validating.
You're mid-market or larger with one initiative under high pressure to deliver. Engineering teams of roughly 20–80 people on the pilot program. You need concrete evidence before committing to a broader rollout. One program, one quarter, real proof.
FBFull Boost fits if you're deploying at scale.
You're running Tymeline across multiple consequential programs that share dependencies — silicon, defense, automotive, or regulated software — as the operating fabric of the organization. You need dedicated infrastructure, named leadership, sovereign deployment options, and sector compliance built into the plan. The full platform, full on.
Most teams start with a Pilot and grow into Boost.
The intended path is exactly that: prove one program on controlled scope, then scale to the operating fabric once the evidence is in hand. Nothing about the Launch Pilot has to be thrown away — the identity, scope, and audit foundation carries straight into Full Boost. Start where the risk is contained. Expand where the value is proven.
Questions, Answered Straight

The pricing questions everyone asks first.

Q
How is Tymeline priced — per seat?
A

No. Pricing is per business unit — roughly 50 people. Seats within a BU don't change the price, and you never buy an org-wide license for people who don't touch the platform. You pay for the program the BU is running.

Q
Is there a free trial?
A

Not in the traditional sense. We offer a Launch Pilot — a focused engagement that proves Tymeline against one real program on controlled scope. Evidence, not a sandbox.

Q
Why isn't pricing published?
A

Because every deployment differs on scope, surfaces, integrations, deployment type, and compliance. A single number would undersell complex programs or oversell smaller ones. We build the right quote against your scope instead.

Q
What sector compliance is supported?
A

Full Boost supports ITAR-aware and CMMC-ready posture, ISO 26262 and IATF 16949 alignment, and HIPAA-compliant configuration. Air-gapped and on-prem — on Patrick — are available. Compliance is part of the deployment plan, not a paid add-on.

Q
How is Patrick priced?
A

Separately from the tiers. Patrick is sealed hardware plus a platform license, quoted per deployment against facility count, classification, and support tier. It's available with Full Boost for fully air-gapped programs.

Q
Do you own our data?
A

No. Workers own their Tymeline IDs — verified records travel with them across employers. Tymeline doesn't own the data and can't sell it. On cancellation, you get an export of org-level configuration and audit logs.

Bring your program. We'll scope the quote.

A scoping call, not a sales pitch. Tell us the program you're trying to deliver, the deployment posture you need, and the compliance you're under — and we'll build the right structure against it, whether that's a single-program Launch Pilot or a full-organization Full Boost.
