With extensive experience in the automotive and automation sectors, Vatsa is currently serving as a Technical Director, developing scalable SoC integration platforms and managing post-silicon engineering tools and methodologies, including Functional Safety. He co-chairs the companywide Traceability TFM board and is a member of the Accellera FuSa committee, demonstrating deep expertise in RISC-V architecture. Vatsa has handled multi-million dollar business operations, building and developing teams, and managing both technical and business aspects. Previously, as the Global Automotive Hardware CAD Lead, he interfaced between software, systems, and Safety domains with ISO26262 certification, overseeing international operations. In EDA operations, he saved millions by optimizing vendor migrations and budget forecasts using statistical models. His role as an automation evangelist involved deploying Python-based frameworks on a MySQL, Jenkins, and Perforce platform using Kanban methodology. Additionally, he has experience leading diagnostics and simulation tool development at Qualcomm, and as an Automation Engineer at Intel, co-developing solutions for pre-silicon performance verification and full-chip timing analysis for Xeon processors. His expertise spans the technical, business, and go-to-market sides, ensuring comprehensive project execution and strategic growth.
